It is not always necessary to buy a new machine or facility: The useful life of machines, facilities and other steel structures can be noticeably extended through targeted and expertly executed maintenance and repair work. This saves time and money in the long run. In addition, the “intervention” through repair work is often associated with less outlay and shorter interruptions to operations than the new construction of complete facilities. Repair work can also be carried out at short notice and, in emergencies, often within a few hours or days. The modernisation of the facility can also be carried out in part during the repair work.
Our engineers, structural planners, metalworkers and fitters are experts in the field of repairing steel structures and facilities in research and industry and have amassed a wealth of experience. In our production facilities, we can furthermore manufacture customised parts to replace worn and unrepairable steel components on your premises. It goes without saying that we thereby only ever replace parts when a repair is not expedient or is simply not possible.

BUILD-UP WELDING / WEAR PROTECTION
Components such as screw conveyors, excavator shovels, hammer mills and cyclone filters are subject to high abrasive stress. In these cases, the durability can be considerably extended through build-up welding with special filler materials and the downtimes for complete replacement work can be reduced accordingly.
The utilisation of special materials such as Hardox, Dillidur or Brinell also considerably increases the durability of assemblies which are subjected to such stresses. Simply contact us: We will be happy to advise you.

REPAIR OF COLLISION DAMAGE
In many commercial operations, collision damage cannot be avoided, but it is not always necessary to simply replace the entire damaged component. Depending on the degree of damage, the part can often be repaired or specific sections can be replaced. This saves time and money. The stability of the construction is, of course, always the main focus of our attention.

OPTIMISATION OF PIPELINES / BUNKER SYSTEMS
Depending on their utilisation, pipelines and components of pipelines such as elbows, manifolds or outflows are subjected to extreme loads. These can include temperature, chemical components or abrasive components in the exhaust gases or conveying volumes. In such cases, we can provide you with competent advice on the application of materials such as special boiler materials or heat-resistant stainless steels. Subsequently, we can provide you with recommendations as to where it makes sense to use a better material on particularly stressed components and to replace this area in order to increase the stability.
